I am an enrolled agent (EA).  EAs are the only tax professionals tested by IRS on our knowledge of tax law and regulations. We are required to maintain our credentials through continuing education which is reported directly to the IRS. We  adhere to a code of ethics and professional conduct and are required by the IRS to complete annual continuing professional education.

Enrolled agents are equipped to handle the most complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and estates. We are licensed to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels of the IRS. Like attorneys and CPAs, EAs are governed by Treasury Circular 230 in our practice before the IRS.
